Last one for the week before you recuperate from all this hard work for a couple of days! I'm throwing in some new moves today, so definitely take a look at the demo videos to be sure you're set on form. Apart from arms, we are also finishing with core work once again, and I've added weighted crunches to really blast those abs. Push it hard today, then rest up well and come back next week refreshed and ready to keep on keeping on.
