Welcome to my Titan Challenge 2 Fitplan! For those of you who are really looking to build serious strength and lean muscle mass while shedding body fat at the same time, this is your one-way ticket to success. As gyms are finally opening back up, there is no better time to set some solid goals for yourself and get back into the swing of things with newfound purpose and commitment. In this Fitplan, we are going to spend the next two months progressing through increasingly more intense and challenging workouts to ensure you reach peak condition by the time you get to the finish line. I can't promise it's going to be easy, but then few things worthwhile ever are! To make sure you can achieve maximum performance, we will start with four workouts per week for the first two weeks. Then we’ll advance to five workouts per week for the next six weeks. My aim is to challenge every single muscle group by increasingly increasing reps and sets all the way through this Fitplan.We will be activating your muscles through a variety of different moves that make sure they get worked from every angle and dynamic possible, to ensure you come away with real, functional strength and a physique you will be proud to know you’ve earned. The road ahead will definitely be challenging, but I know you are here in search of serious gains, and I assure you that that is exactly what you'll get. As long as you give me your best effort and stay focused on your goals, you can achieve great things! Now get out there and show me what you're made of!
