Nice work on that last workout, you crushed it! Today is chiefly a leg day, and these are all moves we have done before. Though it is great to keep things dynamic and challenge our muscles with new moves, it is also good to repeat moves so we can gauge our gains in strength, form, and mobility. Take the time to really feel how far you've come, and push yourself to work harder, through a fuller range of motion, in each rep!
