Welcome to Day 1. I am so glad you decided to take up my Summer Challenge and make your fitness goals a reality! We are kicking things off with two circuits, three rounds each, with two minutes of rests so you can get into the swing of things. Our focus is mostly lower body with a couple upper body moves thrown in for good measure. Make sure you check the demo videos out for any moves you're unfamiliar with. Now let's go work up a sweat!
