Summer Challenge (Hands-Free)

Equipment Needed: Dumbbells, Booty Band, Chair Summer is finally here, and there is no better time to transform your body into the slim and fit physique you have always wanted! Whether it's to fit into that swimsuit when you hit the beach, show off your sleeveless clothes, or just generally boost your health and confidence, now is the time to commit to a new you. I have put together this challenging and highly effective six-week plan to help guide and motivate you through a true transformation and come out the other end in top form. We will be working out five times a week with two days of rest at the end of each week so you can recover and reset for the next week. We are going to be doing a combination of bodyweight, dumbbell, and banded moves to tone and strengthen all of your muscles, head to toe. Stick with me and you are going to achieve real results, as you see and feel your self-confidence grow alongside your fitness level. Each workout will have between five to seven moves done in circuits, with short rest times in between so that we can keep that heart rate up and get the best results possible from each session. We will be doing over 50 exercises throughout the Fitplan, switching things up as we progress to make sure your workouts stay motivating, challenging, and interesting. "When life gives you lemons, make lemonade!" This is me, making my lemonade. My name is Linn Lowes (Löwes as we spell it in Europe), and I was born in Sweden in 1987. Two years of my life got stolen by a sickness called lymphoma, which is a type of cancer. I liked fitness way before I got sick but it wasn't until after I'd been through hell with surgeries, chemo, and radiation that I fully noticed how important training really is. My journey is about going from a skinny picky eater to a healthy, fit, and strong chick learning to love life again. I want to inspire others who are going through any kind of sickness or just want to take that next step towards getting healthy! Fitness is such a huge industry today, with an overwhelming focus on looking perfect or stepping on a stage to be judged. Although 80% of this industry is focused on weight loss, my mission is to make the world understand how to gain weight the healthy way.
