This is the last day this week! Make sure you earn these next two rest days by giving it your all. Even if you're tired from working this week, you really have to push yourself in order to see results. Choose weights that are difficult, but still comfortable to get through. Make sure to get that band activation work in so your glutes fire when they should. Remember to use your half-minute rests and let those muscles recover. You've done so great so far!
