You've made it all the way to week ten! Only a few more weeks to go before you've completed my Fitplan! We'll start this week off like every other, with a good, solid lower body workout. We'll work on monster walks, squats, and smith machine frog kicks. That booty will be put to work so long as you do those band shuffles for glute activation. Don't forget to rest for 30 seconds between exercises. Focus on your goals and push yourself! You're crushing this plan!
