You've made it to week five! You should be so proud of your progress and hard work so far. Let's keep it up and work extra hard on today's leg day. Get your glute activation shuffles in and then head right into the workout. We'll be doing a number of squat variations, so remember to keep that form solid. Push through your heels and keep your core engaged. Don't forget to rest for 30 seconds between exercises. You can do this! Let's hit this week hard!
