Welcome to the very first day of my Fitplan! We're about to rock this leg and booty focused workout. Let's start today with some activation work with a band while we shuffle. This helps to fire up those glutes and get them working. Then get right into the workout. We'll be hitting some dumbbell squats, jump squats, smith machine work, and much more. Rest for 30 seconds and keep yourself hydrated throughout the workout. Good luck and work hard! You can do this!
