Welcome to my Fitplan! If you're ready to shed fat, build muscle, and work on your gym confidence, this is the plan for you. It's easy to feel intimidated in the gym with so much different equipment you're not familiar with. The first step toward a better lifestyle is learning the ropes and becoming confident in what you're doing at the gym. My Fitplan is designed to do just that. You'll no longer feel scared to hit the gym and get a solid workout in! In addition to helping you feel more comfortable working toward your fitness goals, I'll also help you reach them with my comprehensive plan of fat-burning and muscle building workouts. Each week will consist of five workout days in a row followed by two rest days. Each day will focus on a specific muscle group to help you build a strong, well-rounded body. The harder you work, the stronger you'll feel and the more confident you'll be at the gym. Train with me for the next 12 weeks and watch your body and self-confidence transform! Let's do this!
