This is the Full Body Stretch Routine for everyone! This routine was designed because it is extremely important to stretch. There is no excuses not to: you can do it at the gym, you can do it at home, on the grass - really anywhere. There are lots of benefits of stretching: it increases blood circulation, range of motions, which, inevitably, helps to build muscles and it also creates more oxygen in a blood flow.
