The star of the show today is the close grip bench press. We'll be working up to 65% of your max to remember to maintain that form and give it your all. In addition to that, we'll also be doing some curls, sit-ups, and calf raises. Remember to use your rests and let those muscles recover. It's all about full-body strength. You've got this!
