It's great to see you for another week! We're not slowing down, so get ready to work just as hard, if not harder. We'll start today with some power squats. We're going to start with 50% of your max and move up to 70%. That means you'll have to keep an eye on your form and use your rests fully. Then move onto isolated squats and incline bench presses. We'll finish today with incline dumbbell fly to round out a solid workout. Let's make this week a great one! Don't forget to rest for two minutes between exercises.
