You know what today is! The last day of the week and that means I need everything you've got. With a rest day coming up, you really need to put forth maximum effort here so we can see that progress. We'll start today off with some plate deadlifts to challenge you a bit more before heading over to some power racks. We'll be working on some connective tissues today and finishing up with some ab work. Let's see what you've got! Don't forget to rest for two minutes between exercises.
