If you're looking to up your strength and transform your body into something you never thought you could, this plan is for you. My 12 week program will take you through the necessary steps required in order to build a solid, strong base. We're not messing around here. My plan is designed with the basic strength training exercises to build muscle fast. The rep scheme I have for you is key here. We won't be doing too much secondary work so the focus is on the main lifts that'll help you see the most progress. This isn't about narrowing in on a single area. Over the next twelve weeks, your whole body will grow. The main goal and what you'll get out of this plan is simple - strength. But that's not all. The side effects of gaining strength and what you'll also benefit from with this plan is muscularity, bone density, strength and connective tissue, and even a wider understanding of what your body needs to see progress and gain muscle mass.
