Way to go! You have made it to the final week of Stay Home Keep Fit, and we are going to make this our best week yet. As usual, we are starting the week on lower body. Let's get our heart pumping and fire up the biggest muscles in our body for a super intense one today, mixing body weight and bands, as well as some awesome stepping and jumping moves to make sure you get in a good sweat, with some added cardio as a bonus!
