Week 3, here we come! You have really been doing a great job so far, so stick with me and we will make those goals a reality. We are focusing again on our legs today, but we have some new, challenging and effective moves to try out. The glute frog bridge is really going to fire up those glutes, while the hip thrust into single abduction is an awesome combo that will work your upper and lower glutes, quads, hamstrings and abductor muscles.
