I love this super mix of challenging moves. Switching from weights to bands to body weight is one of the best ways to keep both your body and your mind from getting bored. In the inchworm, try to up the speed so you can make it more of a cardio warmup. The glute bridge is an absolutely awesome booty isolator, with our hamstrings and lower back working isometrically for stability. Do your best to keep the dumbbell from shifting around in the hip crease as you move up and down. Show me your perfect plank form in the shoulder tap push ups. I know it's challenging, but try to keep your entire torso aligned and stationary throughout!
