This workout features one of my favorite HIIT finishers ever: two killer compound moves, squat jump lunges and plank jack push ups, are guaranteed to make feel on fire! We are also warming up with banded monster walks, which is such a super way to get wired for the rest of our workout. Remember not to go overboard on the weight for the lateral shoulder raises, and keep that spine super straight in the push ups and the in and outs!
