It's always fun to mix cardio with strength training, isn't it? I love the feeling of working not just the muscles that show, but the cardiovascular muscles as well! Today we are working strictly with dumbbells and body weight, except for our warmup of banded air squats. For the squat thrusters with dumbbells, I want to see 100% perfect form. That means working slowly and with control, and going down until your thighs come parallel with the floor. The dumbbell deadlift is a DEADLY finisher, but I know you can handle it. You're a champ!
