Strong is as strong does! Show me what you're made of today by dominating this strength training routine that is going to mix weights, bands, and body weight for an interesting challenge to your entire body, head to toe. I like the progression here, as we start out with a couple of barbell moves, focusing on going heavy, then move on to dumbbells for a more focused set of moves. In the single-arm row, be sure to resist the temptation to rotate your body! We are finishing as usual with HIIT. In the pushups, I want you to give me the max reps you can for the 40-second work portion, but never if it means sacrificing form or limiting your range of motion.
