It's fun to warm up with some dynamic moves, and that's just what we're doing today, using knee tap planks and air squats to get the blood flowing and the heart rate up. Our full body workout is going to mix up upper and lower body moves with a seriously wicked HIIT finisher at the end. We are going to do three HIIT moves - so, remember, 40 seconds of crazy work, then 20 of active rest - starting with leap ups, then two weighted moves, one for upper body, one for lower, to really finish things off! You so have this!
