Come on, let's get pumped! I really love mixing bodyweight and free weight exercises to bring our muscles to absolute exhaustion by working them all different ways and from different angles. Keep your toes pointed out in the sumo squats because we are focusing on the inner thigh. Many people also find this position allows them to squat deeper! When you are doing your push ups, activate that core the whole time, squeezing your glutes as you think of pushing the floor away from you. Rock it!
