Another fun one for when you want to combine strength and cardio. I love warming up with the T push ups, which are a great way to get your engine running, as they activate just about your whole body. The barbell rows are a super compound move for back and biceps, just be careful not to round your back to avoid injury to your spine. And I absolutely love the goblet squat, which turns a squat into a full-body workout by adding a weight to be held in your hands as you squat.
