This is a super duper all body shredder! We are mixing weights and bands for an intensely challenging combo of upper and lower body work. I like the dumbbell deadlifts here for working on better grip strength, with the added benefit of more scapular and lat engagement, but do choose a challenging weight! And dumbbells for the overhead press will get all of our delts involved, including the front delts for beautiful toned arms. Our HIIT finisher is all banded, so get ready to sweat!
