Sweat and strength is what today is all about! I have a tough but fun mix of cardio and strength training lined up for you here. Barbell reverse lunges are a great way to take your lower body strength to new levels, just make sure that back knee touches down before standing up, and maintain tension in your upper body throughout! Using dumbbells instead of a barbell for the front squats will help you work on form imbalances. And for upper body we have not just standard push ups, but plank jack push ups as well, which are just a super way to fire up the shoulders and mix in cardio with our upper body strength training!
