I've got another super sweaty routine for you here! I want you to make sure you do the full warm ups at the beginning so your muscles are fully primed up and your blood circulating! Don't let your lower back collapse on those bear crawl renegade rows - they are tough! Also, be sure not to go overboard with the weight on the lateral shoulder raises and not to pass shoulder level or bend your elbows! I know you are going to love the leg raise planks at the end - just keep that spine straight (looking forward instead of down can be helpful).
