I have a super fun combination of weighted and resistance band moves here. Both are great ways to build muscle, but work our muscles in different ways. The bands also have the added plus that maintaining form is sort of built-in, as the band's own resistance will help guide our movements and range of motion and keep us from overextending. We are going to be alternating between upper and lower body moves, and shifting from supersets to a HIIT circuit at the end with a serious killer to finish off: banded - yes, banded! - air squats. Feel the burn!
