We are going to combine challenging strength training moves with some excellent cardio work today! We are mixing weighted and body weight exercises, and throwing in some compound moves as well. The curl to press is definitely a favorite, as it combines biceps, triceps, and delts in one move, and the cross body mountain climbers are a fantastic way to activate just about every muscle in your body, as well as getting your heart pumping! We are also doing box jumps and high knees to really pump up those legs, and I want to see you getting as high as you can here! Go get 'em!
