I call this one Total Body Sweat, and I'll bet you can guess why! I have prepared a seriously intense combo of moves, including some of my favs. For legs, we have air squats where we are going to drop super low, Bulgarian split squats and lateral lunges with weights, as well as some ground to sky jumps. For upper, we've got Arnold presses, dips, and one-arm overhead presses. Plus T push ups and mountain climbers for all-body blasting to round things out! You are definitely going to be sweating it out in this one!
