Today's workout is a mix of strength supersets and HIIT (high intensity interval training) to finish us off. For the strength part, we will be doing a mix of free weight moves to really work both our upper body and our lower body. We will be alternating between upper and lower so we give one half of our muscles a small break as we work the other half, then vice versa. With the HIIT finisher, we want to really give our absolute 100% for the working parts, resting actively in the short 20-second breaks between. You've got this!
