Hi Guys!! SommerFit is a workout series filled with 30 of my favourite workouts. We have a mixture of Strength Training, Circuit Training, HIIT, Bodybuilding and Cardio using everything in the gym. Now you all know how much I love fitness. It makes me feel my absolute best and I want that for you! These workouts can be done in any order, when it suites you best. What does that mean? It means that if one week you do you 1 work out, and the next week 3, or maybe 5 that's completely up to you. You are the driver of your success and I am here to support you 100% of the way. Each workout is about 35 minutes long, and if you absolutely fall in love with any workout, you can complete them more than once. I can't wait to join you in the gym, let's do this!
