Are you ready to get shreddy? Then join me for my 12-week Fitplan. You’ll be in the gym 6 days a week for around an hour, building strength and a solid base of muscle. Each day in the gym focuses on one muscle group at a time – chest, shoulders, back, legs, bis, and tris. This will help you build mass to get that perfect frame. You’ll also be working your core with ab-sculpting moves and finishing each day with a 15-minute cardio session. This will help you blast fat and get as shredded and strong as possible. If you put in the work with me, you’ll love how your body looks and feels at the end of these 12 weeks.
