Today’s an upper body day, so I hope you’re rested and ready to go. We’ll be honing in on shoulders, arms, and forearms. After a nice warm up, we’ll be getting into some incline presses, dumbbell raises, and multiple forms of bicep curls. Focus on your mind to muscle connection to contract your target muscles and let’s do this! Don't forget to rest for 30-60 sec between sets.
