I know what it is like to be on the go! To stress about getting in that effective workout and being consistent. This Fitplan is going to help you have no problem finding time for your workout, while still maintaining and seeing results while you are on the go! Making you sweat it out, tone up, and feeling amazing after you are done! This plan is for all of you even if you're just starting out. Fitness is what you make it. My exercise can be modified to your fitness level, I’ve got you covered. My workouts are 25 minutes long and include a warmup in each one! We are using a HIIT Circuit training style, with strength included. We have 3 full training days each week and I’ve also added a bonus 10 minute Core and Ab workout day. I am so ready to get started, let’s do this!
