Alright, we have one final full body workout to close out my Fitplan, and don't I know you are ready for it! We are starting out with four sets of squat swings to really get that blood flowing, then it's on to stiff legged deadlifts and rocking chairs before we move on to upper body and core work, finishing with one full minute of calf raises. I know you've got this! So go out there and finish stronger than you ever have!
