We are back to quads, glutes, and hamstrings today, and I want to see some fierce work, since we have given these guys a break for a few days. All our moves are time rather than rep based, but I don't want you checking that clock. Just get in the zone and work it hard until the time runs down on the clock. Let's see how you can do on those windshield wipers today compared to when we did them in Week 1!
