Last week! Good job staying strong and sticking to it. Let's kick things off with upper body, focusing on chest, tris, and shoulders. Remember that shoulders are a smaller muscle group that are harder to isolate but extremely important to just about any movement of the arms, not to mention aesthetically. Today, we are doing some heavy side lateral raises as well as the time-tested Arnold press to get those broad shoulders that are absolutely key to a badass physique.
