Day 26! Today our circuit targets your entire body using your couch. Remember to come all the way down on your push up falls. By releasing your arms you avoid using momentum and get full contraction of your core and upper body with each rep. Complete a single set of each exercise, then repeat the circuit for a total of 3 rounds. Rest as needed between rounds, but no longer than 2 minutes.
