Day 24, WOW only 3 workouts to go! Grab your favorite chair and get ready for today's circuit. As you perform bicycles make sure your legs are positioned above your seat or at least at a 90 degree angle. This will better target your mid and lower abs. Complete a single set of each exercise, then repeat the circuit for a total of 3 rounds. Rest as needed between rounds, but no longer than 2 minutes.
