You’ll remember how great you felt after our last Rock with Socks workout so let’s get back to it. Your core is stronger now so push yourself and add some speed to your reps. Each round is finishing with "around the world" plank tucks, watch your form and don’t allow your shoulders to go past your hands. I show you the correct form in my demonstration video. Complete 3 rounds of this circuit. Rest as needed between rounds, but no longer than 2 minutes.
