Last workout of the week, you made it! We are focusing today's circuit on your abs and core. Core strength is very important as it helps your lower back, hips and abs work in harmony. This leads to better balance and stability not only for your physical fitness but for your daily activities as well. Complete a single set of each exercise, then repeat the circuit for a total of 3 rounds. Rest as needed between rounds, but no longer than 2 minutes. Feel the burn!
