I hope you had a great rest day. It's time to take our workout outdoors and get some fresh air. Today's circuit is really focused on your booty and legs. By using stairs, we will increase the level of difficulty and get your heart rate up. High intensity interval training is exactly how we are going to burn any unwanted fat. Remember to drink plenty of water! Complete a single set of each exercise, then repeat the circuit for a total of 3 rounds. Rest as needed between rounds, but no longer than 2 minutes.
