Workouts don’t need to be complicated. That’s why I’ve created today's circuit “Body to the Wall”. We're going to perform exercises using an exercise ball and any wall in your home. This will help guide your form and stability. You’ve come this far, give it all you have! Complete a single set of each exercise, then repeat the circuit for a total of 3 rounds. Rest as needed between rounds, but no longer than 2 minutes.
