Full body interval training today to kick off week 4! This is the last week of my Fitplan so give each exercise 100% effort. Sumo squat jumps can be a little tricky so make sure to watch my demonstration video and perform these with good form. Remember to rest as needed. I’m ready when you are! Complete a single set of each exercise, then repeat the circuit for a total of 3 rounds. Rest as needed between rounds, but no longer than 2 minutes.
