Challenge yourself for just 7 minutes a day and watch your body and confidence transform. For the next 5 weeks, we’ll be working out from anywhere with 7 minutes of bodyweight exercises designed to get you toned. This plan is perfect for beginners looking to train functionally and in a short amount of time. We’ll be working towards increasing intensity for 5 days a week with 2 rest days per week. No equipment is needed for this one so feel free to workout from your home, office, hotel room, beach, wherever! Do these bodyweight exercises as they are meant to be done, challenge yourself and you will see a transformation.
