Alright you've made it to the end of week 2! With two full rest days ahead i want you to give this workout everything you've got. We are going to hit everything from your gutes, hamstrings and quads. You are going to need a booty band as well! As we will be working large muscle groups i've got a great finishing stretch and foam roll at the end of the workout. Don't skip this, stretching and recovery is just as important as the workout. Lets go!
