Let's have a great start to week 2 with an upper body toning workout. Were going to start off with a warm up to prime your muscles for the work we will be doing today. Focus on your reps, make sure they are smooth and controlled. Push ups will be done till failure, so that means go until you absolutely can't get in another rep. On the last exercise Cable Rope Curls your last set is a drop set which means your going to lower the amount of weight and rep till failure. Lets go!
