Welcome to my Fitplan! We're going to be starting each workout of this plan with a few warm up sets. I love using a band to get a good pump and get myself ready for the rest of the workout! We're going to be moving through an upper body workout with a focus on your arms. I've also included a superset in today’s workout, which means you’ll be doing two exercises, back to back, with no rest in between! Let’s get it!
