Weight training takes discipline, patience, determination and focus. Practicing these characteristics daily has helped me to become a better person in and outside of the gym. My new Fitplan will give you everything you need to shred fat, build muscle and increase your confidence in the gym. For the next six weeks we’ll be working out four days per week using a combination of compound movements as well as accessory work in order to create a proportioned, well balanced physique. But your body won’t change if you don’t learn to build a strong mind! Remember YOU are in control of YOUR attitude and YOUR efforts.
